Comment: Hi, I'm so sorry the postman was heavy handed. I do try and keep everything well wrapped in a padded envelope. I try and keep my items within the 'large letter' category of postage to keep the costs low, and have recently sourced some small boxes that fit through a letter box. These should ensure larger orders are more protected. It was the first time anyone has mentioned this and I do post out all over the world, I am always looking for a viable alternative to Royal Mail and may use a courier for larger orders but that may also see increased costs to the buyer. Xx
