The turnaround from you was fantastic I have just discovered Folksy which is perfect for the cottage I am furnishing, however the response rate from some has been really poor eg I bought a wicker basket on 21 March and I havent even received an acknowledgement from the seller - despite having paid! Not great for the Folksy brand. Anyway, your shop is wonderful - thanks again Best, Grace
