Comment: I really pride myself on answering all enquiries and communication, without exception, and am truly upset by what you have said here. Providing excellent customer service is of the utmost importance to me. At the date of your order, there was a clear sign on my shop announcement which stated that I was unavailable for several days due to being out of the country on holiday. I am sorry that you did not notice this, and feel that you jumped the gun somewhat by leaving this feedback before checking my shop announcement. On the bright side, I am pleased that you are happy with the bowls, and hope your friend liked their gift.

Comment: I ordered these as an engagement gift for a friend. They arrived safely and look good but I'm not impressed with the lack of response when I tried to communicate with the seller.
