Comment: I'm sorry you feel this way, however I have abided by the terms and conditions you agreed to when ordering. After checking the necklace I have found no fault, as it hangs perfectly for me, and I have sent you a photo to prove this. I have made this necklace many times and have never had a problem.

Comment: The pendant hangs upside down because of the positioning of the attachment ring, which threads it to the chain. I dont appreciate having to enter into arguments over an item I bought in good faith for a special birthday and had to return at my own time and expense, and then be told there was nothing wrong! It certainly could not have been worn, and this is my honest feedback, and thatbof my very disappointed daughter who would have loved to wear it otherwise.
