Comment: The original dress I ordered was not in stock as the item was still on sale in error. Jennifer was mortified by the mistake (though easily made) and offered to re-make the dress for me using my choice of materials. She kept me up to date throughout and made the dress in about 24 hours after I picked my material. The finished product was gorgeous, of course! This is the second time I have bought something from Jennifer Lilly but had to send the first item back as it did not fit. I received a full refund quickly with no fuss. If only all customer service was like this :-).Highly recommended.
