Comment: Hello Karen this may be a repeat, as I pressed send all my feedbck disappeared and as far as I can tell was lost; but I couldn't not let you know how much I love the chair as I just knew I would - and didn't thinking you would mind possibly hearing it twice. Don't know how you were able to let it go but am so glad you did, and hope you feel it's found a good home. It's in my bedroom and I keep going along just to have a look - I call that success. Thank you so much, it's been a real pleasure doing business with you, first class 'customer service' and what for me was a special treat has been made even better by the time and effort you gave - including patience whilst I decided whether or not to go ahead (I think we both knew I would!)
