Comment: Please note I always respond to orders and messages within 48 hrs and items are sent within 3 days of payment. This is not a business but a hobby, working full time and also volunteering prevents me checking my emails every day, I apologise for this but hope you can sympathise. Comment: The collars are really lovely and cute , the only gripe i have is that this seller doesn't communicate with the customer not even when you message her and that would put me off buying in the future or recommending which is a shame really !
