Comment: Impressed by how you responded to my notes! I'd never ordered from Folksy before so didn't realize quite how much I was asking by writing such long requests! However you responded to my notes excellently, providing lovely handwritten cards to give alongside the soaps which I gave as birthday and christmas gifts. The soaps were very well received, everyone loved them! The personal touch of the notes really made the gifts special, especially enhancing our ongoing gnome joke!
