Comment: Shoddy service!! Didn't receive item purchased 10th contacted seller so many times through folksy & directly - no response at all! Item remained unshipped in my bought items until 26th january - 16 days after I bought it!! Seller finally contacted my same day only after I opened dispute claim with paypal & contacting folksy for advice. Received item 28th January,when I closed claim. Royal Mail losing original item no excuse for no comms - will not be using again!!!!!
