Comment: Whilst the item I purchased from this seller was lovely, I waited a month after ordering and paying to receive it. I sent the seller several emails enquiring about the item (which had been bought as a birthday present), but they failed to reply to me. I then had to contact Folksy who also contacted the seller but still she failed to respond to them as well. It's a real shame as this seller's items are lovely but due to the awful customer service I won't be buying from her again.
