Comment: I got this for my sister's 30th birthday - my brother in law kindly helped me out by providing the thumbprint. It is beautiful and a very personal gift. Thank you to Marie - the customer service was excellent. She kept me up to date with her progress on the necklace, remade the pendant when the inscription wasn't completely perfect and she was very accomodating by sending the mould out to my brother in law's work address but then sending the finished product to me. Many thanks and I look forward to buying again soon.
