Map Pendant Bird's Eye View - Italy
This pendant features a map piece reproduced from a British Daily Telegraph publication sometime before World War II. The original map was rescued from the bottom of a box at a market along with 3 other torn up and tattered maps of the world. The focal point I have chosen for this pendant is one of my favourite holiday destinations - Italy.
The vintage map has been carefully scanned at 600dpi and then printed onto quality archival paper using Durabrite inks so that it never fades. It is then sealed in the pendant with crystal clear resin which will protect it forever.
The pendant frame which is silver-plated (low nickel) measures 2.5cm wide by 3.5cm tall and has a beautiful cross moulded into the back. It is decorated with a silver tone Swallow charm attached to the jump ring. It sits on an 18 inch silver-plated (nickel free and lead free) necklace chain.
Comes in gift box ideal as a present for the traveller in your life. If you need the chain adjusting - please contact me.
