I am part of the Hurstpierpoint Festival - Open Studios on 17/18 and 24/25 September 2022 and will be adding new items to my shop so keep checking!

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

A simple, discreet personalised fine silver tag on a sterling silver 46cm (18") necklace, approx 2.5cm long by 1 cm wide.

There is space for a maximum of 2 lines & 9 letters per line. Because the hearts are a bit bigger than the letters, up to 4 hearts on one line only. If you have any questions about this, please let me know via Folksy personal message
The letters and hearts are oxidised so they stand out clearly.

The pendant & chain are presented in a black gift box and will be sent in a padded envelope by 1st class recorded post within 2 days of receipt of payment.
