Full description
This item is made from grey un-dyed native British wool and is decorated with a sleepy red bird. It has been created in three stages: first, I needle felted the little bird; second the bird design was laid onto carded woollen fleece and wet felted to create the seamless pouch; lastly, I added the final details using a felting needle.
Handmade felt is thicker than the commercially produced variety and makes a lovely soft, protective home for storing your various gadgets.
The pouch measures approximately 8cm wide and 9.5cm high (inside measurements), so would be suitable to hold a range of gadgets including some mobile phones or a compact camera. I have finished the top of the pouch with a blanket stitch and left it open for easy access.
