Blackwork is a counted embroidery technique in which decorative patterns are made up by a series of joined Back stitches on an even weave linen.
In this stylish Blackwork embroidery kit, you will learn how to transfer the design, embroiderer 4 different Blackwork patterns and shade with 3 different weights of thread to produce a Blackbird design. Clear, illustrated instructions will guide you through this hand embroidery project. The finished design is approximately 14x14cm.
