Introducing the little bag for little people.
This is a small satchel designed especially for little girls and made by me to the same high standard as my other bags. The outer fabric is a quirky Japanese oxford cloth fabric (think canvas or very high quality cotton). Inside the bag is lined with a pretty cotton print of leaves on a stem.
These bags measure 21 x 16 cm and are interfaced for structure and durability and fully lined with unbleached calico. There is a dinky outer zipped pocket for little treasures and room inside for more. There is no fastening on the main flap as these seem a bit fiddly for children, but the flap is nice and long to cover the zip pocket and keep everything safe.
The adjustable strap measures 95cm at full length so is suitable for a wide range of ages. In the photos it is modelled by a 4 year old, but my 2 year old son has a little boys satchel (coming soon) and they would fit happily up to around 8 years old. The bag can equally be made with a longer strap if required.
