This handmade card does what it says on the tin, and is perfect way to say Happy Christmas to friends and family. It’s hard to resist Bessie’s good nature, so why not wish someone a Happy Christmas ?
Lilly and friends (Bessie friends range)
The back of every card in this range has instructions dedicated to each character from baking cookies with Dot to DJing with Dan!

Bessie prompted me to start this range of cards and is my take on Bessie the deaf fairy from Julia Donaldson’s story ‘Freddie and the Fairy’ but soon flew out of the book and into my cards. You can’t help but smile at her grinning face, polka dot dress and wand with a car instead of a star.
She is the cute and well behaved little girl every parent wishes for, always trying to do good and help others. Her ideal day would involve eating Dot’s home-made cookies whilst running round the park with Lilly and Freddie, before getting ready and magicking her way to Dan’s for a party with all her friends!
How I make my cards
This card starts off as a hand sketch in black ink, which is then scanned and colour added digitally before being printed onto photopaper, mounted onto tissue paper and 200gsm white card, before the finishing touches are added with glitter and fabric pens. Each card is 150mm (w) x 100mm (h) with a white C6 envelope, sealed in a clear cello bag.

Shipping
All items are shipped within 2 working days of receipt of payment unless they are customised/bespoke. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase I will give a full refund if it is returned unused/unopened, in it's original state within 7 days of receipt. Unfortunately any personalised cards cannot be refunded unless faulty.
