Full description
I have available four designs of tea cosy, all generously padded and all perfect for cheering up a pot of tea. The three patchwork cosies come with their own special brooch.
The first patchwork cupcake cosy is made from Robert Kaufman fabrics, and I've included the selvedge in the design. With this one, I've added a cupcake brooch, as it seemed to sit on the cosy so well. The back is a cheerful stripe.
The second patchwork tea cosy is made from a selection of fabrics, and I've made a felted brooch for it, with a central fabric covered button. The back of this one is the same patched selection of fabrics.
The doggy tea cosy is just perfect for a dog lover, with the word WOOF appliqued using Cath Kidston's green paisley, beneath a cheerful Scottie dog. The background fabric is Cath Kidston's bubble duckcloth - this is the fabric used for the back as well. Please note this design has sold.
The fourth patchwork cosy is made from a teatime scene fabric, and has a lace embellishment running across the bottom, front and back. The back is a striped fabric. Free with this cosy comes a flower brooch, with hand felted leaves.
All have a different coloured gingham lining, as you can see from the photographs. The cosies fit a standard sized teapot.
