This skirt use up at least 3 times as much fabric as normal long skirt. Cheerful contrasting colour create the full sweep of this gracious pull-on skirt. A wasp-waisted silhouette with widely flared skirts. Zip on the right. No Elastic band.
The dropped waist pleating adds volume so balance the proportions with a tailored tank top and sandals for a stylish spring look.
