Copper is a very popular choice for jewellery makers, but headpins in this metal are notoriously hard to find. So I made some!
These little copper balled headpins are individually handmade using 0.5mm copper wire. Perfect for wrapping beads and charms, they have been tumbled for strength and shine. I haven't added a patina to them but they will age over time to a burnished golden brown.
They are approximately 45mm or 2" in length from the tip of the ball to the end.
You can add your own patina to them if you like, and they can be re-tumbled once wrapped, if desired.
