A unique literary tie pin - the quote is from an 18th C poem about the sea.

I make these pins using vintage paper taken from a book of poetry. The page fragment is sealed behind a clear glass lens, which very slightly magnifies the text. I chose this text as it seemed perfect for a man who loves the sea, or likes to sail or surf or swim, and unusual gifts for men are often difficult to find.

The paper is attached to the glass using a specially designed super clear adhesive, and the whole thing is then attached to a butterfly pin and clasp using very powerful adhesive.

Dimensions: 20mm diameter (0.7 of an inch).

The pin comes gift wrapped in tissue and its own book page envelope.
