Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Order a 100% personalised card for that special person (or people) in your life! No need to pick the nicest card from the nearest card shop... order a special one and say exactly what you want to say!
The designs are completely hand cut out of rich card stock and can be customised with people's names, nicknames, special dates.. whatever you fancy! It'll be the proudest card on the recipient's/recipients' mantlepiece and could be a lovely keepsake the the future.
I use a hand drawn template to cut my designs with a scalpel so no pencil or pen marks ever go on the finished card. Your card can be cut from coloured card of your choice and lined with paper of your choice too. Standard cards are A6 size (10.5cm by 15cm) and each card comes with an envelope and will be packed carefully so keep it in perfect condition for giving.
