Full description
This wee hat is my own design that I usually make in tartan but I decided this year sparkles were the way to go. Is it for Halloween or is it for Christmas, it could be for both i feel. High quality sequin fabric is adorned with red velvet ribbon and a tartan bow topped off with a diamante buckle and band.. it fixes onto the head with 2 alligator clips, to be worn at a jaunty angle either side of your head. It measures approximately 7"/18 cms tall.
