Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
This 7.5" bracelet is made with wire wrapped freshwater pearls and a central silver filigree bead connected by silver plated wire figures of eight. The back of the bracelet is silver plated chain, and is fastened with a silver plated handmade clasp. Two of the pearls are white, and the other two are a pale green.
All items come wrapped in an organza drawstring gift bag (as shown in the last photo).
Items will be dispatched within two working days, although I will always aim for next day. Custom items will take slightly longer, depending on the item.
Postage is Royal Mail First Class - if you would prefer a different service please just let me know and I'll amend the P&P costs accordingly.
While I make every effort to describe items as accurately as possible, if you're not happy with your purchase then returns will be accepted within 14 days with a full refund. Please note that unless the item is faulty, I will ask that you cover the costs of return postage.
