Buyers are responsible for the cost of return postage. Original delivery costs will be refunded where required by UK consumer law; any additional or upgraded delivery charges are non-refundable. Please contact me before returning an item. Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and checked. For exchanges, any additional postage costs for sending the replacement item may apply.
