Full description
Everyone knows a Grumpy Gardener. There's even one on TV occasionally. This is the gift for them. It advertises their nature in plain English on one side with the Latin description on the other. Hand made from salvaged oak flooring. The finish is added by gently scorching the wood in a nod th the Shou Sugi Ban method used in Japan.
It measures around 12” x 9" x 5".
The leather handle is ex Royal Navy WW1 issue and is dated 1917. It has been left untouched and unrestored and wears its battle scars proudly. The strap fastenings are Brass
