You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Additional terms

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. The product’s packaging must not have been opened, damaged, marked, or altered in any way. Returns where the packaging has been opened or damaged may not be accepted. All returned products must be received in their original condition, including any labels, seals, accessories, and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product or its packaging does not meet these requirements. If your return request is accepted, the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the product. All returns must be sent using a tracked and insured postage service that covers the value of the item. We cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost, damaged, or undelivered while being returned. The buyer should retain proof of postage and tracking information until the return has been received and processed.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
