Full description
Create your very own textile picture with my latest sewing kit. I have included full instructions along with all the materials needed to create this beautiful lighthouse seascape picture. The pack includes two different sky fabrics ….. either a photograph printed to fabric or a watercolour painting printed to fabric. It also includes a variety of materials such as hand painted fabrics, sari silks, scrims, hand painted papers , up cycled curtain sample fabrics and a sliver of mulberry bark. I've added a quirky fabric lighthouse that is ironed in place , plus three different quirky text pieces printed to handmade paper . The finished picture measures approximately 12.5 x 12.5 cm. If you follow my Facebook page I also have a couple of very short videos showing how the free motion stitch the fabric layers together.
This is perfect if you love a craft kit involving fabric collage and free motion stitching, or as a gift for a friend.
