Designed for people living with chronic illnesses, hidden disabilities and long-term health conditions, these aluminium cards help explain your needs during a flare-up, medical episode or moment of overwhelm.
As someone who understands that repeatedly explaining your condition can be exhausting, I wanted to create something that makes those interactions a little easier. Whether shown to a member of the public, shop assistant, support worker or first responder, these cards provide clear information when words are difficult.
Carry your card in a purse, wallet or card holder, or display it in a lanyard pouch for easy access.
With over 50 designs available, you can choose the condition that best represents your needs. If you cannot find what you're looking for, please get in touch. I'm always happy to create a custom version tailored to your needs for a small £1 design fee.
The front displays your chosen condition in clear, easy-to-read lettering. The reverse contains concise support information, including what may happen, difficulties you may experience, ways someone can help and important things they should avoid doing.
Professionally sublimated onto aluminium, each card has a waterproof, durable finish that will not peel or fade.
Size: 8.5cm x 5.4cm (standard bank card size).
Available in 0.45mm rigid aluminium or 0.22mm flexible aluminium.
