Sunflower suncatcher made in stained glass by Carole's Glass.
You can't help but smile when you see a sunflower, they are such a cheerful flower and this glass versions will achieve that all year round.
The flower is a design investment been making for a long time but decided to add some leaves to improve the flower and add a nice splash of green.
This will really add a colour to your window, even on the dullest of days.
Each piece of glass has been cut by hand, ground, washed, foiled and soldered together, washed again and polished. A ring and length of fishing line has been attached for hanging purposes.
The glass used for this sunflower is a medium amber sparkle glass in the centre which has a lovely texture and either a sunflower yellow hammered sea glass for the petals.
The flower measure 16cms x 15cms and the overall Suncatcher measures
I will supply a window hook so you can hang it up as soon as received. Please wet the plunger before pushing firmly onto the window.
I normally post the following working day and these will be sent using Roual Mail Tracked 24.
