Full description
Seconds - this piece is a prototype for a new flower bookmark idea. I have since decided to update it slightly, so the front side on this one has little blips of colour where one flower meets the next flower (as seen in the photos).
Inspired by a summer garden, this was carefully shuttle tatted in high quality multicoloured cotton thread (a mixture of golden yellow, peach, lilac and raspberry purple). It features almost 1,400 tiny double stitches.
It is 2.9cm (just under 1 1/4 inches) at its widest point and 16.6 cm (just over 6 1/2 inches) long.
It will arrive in a handmade stiff card slipcase with care instructions included. It can be hand washed.
