You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Each Moonlight Ocean pack contains 9 repair patches: one moon (3.2 by 1.6cm), five stars (1.9 by 1.9cm and 3.5 by 3.5cm) , a dolphin (4.5 by 2.5cm), a whale (6.7 by 2.8cm) and a submarine (7.6 by 4.9cm).
Remember they are strong, but also super-soft, so they don't spoil the feel of your lovely jacket or sleeping bag.
