Geese symbolise the sacred circle, cooperation, communication, dedication, knowing when to lead or follow. This piece breaks the bird into colour-sets, a modernised rainbow glitch created on heavy paper.
Hand layered four colour print depicting a Canada Goose. Offset registration means over-lapping colours appear to blend.
Branta canadensis is the latin name for this migratory bird. It is an iconic symbol of the wild, especially in teh US, and harbinger of seasonal change. It has easily recognisable plumage and a call that reminds most of autumn. This piece breaks the bird into colour-sets, a rainbow glitch. Geese symbolise the sacred circle, cooperation, communication, dedication, knowing when to lead or follow.
All pieces are completed on 42cm x 30cm bright white 300gsm card, using fade resistant inks. They are all individually hand layered, embossed and come backed sandwiched between tissue paper and rolled into two carboard tubes, and wrapped in a sealed courier bag.
