I do not accept returns as most of my items are piercings, however, I offer returns or replacements when needed.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Each item is handmade, so small imperfections like air bubbles or tiny specks of lint may be present, often becoming visible only after baking. These do not affect the quality but make every piece one of a kind! Please be aware that colours may differ from the pictures due to different monitor settings.

All items are shipped within 4-6 working days (excluding weekends, bank holidays and Royal Mail delivery times).

To clean use soap and water but be careful not to get the metal wet to avoid tarnishing
