Full description
Handmade stoneware bonsai pot with a soft rounded profile and layered glaze shifting through warm chestnut brown, olive and pale ash-grey tones.
Quiet and understated the pieces form and glaze decoration was inspired by nature such as mist over an autumn landscape, with the soft grey band floating above warmer earth colours.
The proportions work particularly well for informal upright and rounded canopy shohin trees.
Finished with drainage and tie-down holes and raised feet for planting.
