Full description
Hand thrown on my wheel using stoneware clay. when leather hard and trimmed i have taken ferns from my garden and using water have stuck them onto the pots, one leaf per pot. Using plain slip i have brushed over the ferns with a couple coats of the wet clay. once dried for a few minutes I have carefully taken the leaves off the pots leaving behind a beautiful fern marking.
Once bisque fired I have painted the inside of each pot with yellow glaze and the outside with a green glaze.
This pot measures just under 6cm in height and 7.5cm wide at rim
