Full description
This textile landscape art piece is crafted from offcuts of upcycled materials. A small cottage rests in a colorful landscape under a moonlit sky. Using a mix of embroidery stitches, each fabric piece is hand-stitched to a piece of vintage fabric - no machine work involved. All fabrics are reclaimed, including shaded chiffon scarves for the sky, lake and background for the trees. This calming artwork makes a perfect gift for someone who values the environment and aims to keep fabrics out of landfill. It comes in the white mount shown and is laced to backboard.
The mount measures 6 x 8 ins. Aperture of the mount measures 4 x 6 ins.
