Billie- A delicious deep blue hat style fascinator that adds vintage to any special occasion. Created with delicate airey fabric with a miniture ivory bouquet accent and complimented with a scattering of discrete shimmering intense blue crystals. Wispy navy netting covers the design that measures approx lengthways (end to end) 30cm 11.5" and width approx 26cm 10" at widest part of design.
This item has been individually hand crafted, any fascinator similar to this one will have a variation in the arrangement of colour or number of beads - so in effect this piece is as unique as you are x
