Our Buckingham fireside chair is handmade in our own UK based factory by time served skilled crafts people.
The Buckingham combines both a modern and a vintage look which will add a classic look to any room.
Upholstered in a genuine Italian distressed leather, with a deep buttoned back, a removable medium soft seat with plain wings and scrolled arms this timeless piece of furniture provides not just a lovely look but a comfortable chair to relax in.
The leather is semi aniline which retains the natural beauty of the European Steer it comes from. This leather is finished with a subtle wax layer which draws out the tone within it and ages gently with time adding to the modern vintage effect we aim to provide.
The chairs look is completed with hand detailed vintage studding and classic Queen Anne style solid wood leg in a lovely walnut (other colours such as mahogany, brown, lime washed grey are available please message us) which completes its overall modern vintage look of the chair.
Our seat base is sprung before a layer of insulation is added over the top and the finished platform base fitted. The sprung base with a medium soft cushion pad provides a durable and comfortable seat.
Our frames are locally made using a mix of hardwood and softwood to create a durable and long lasting frame. All materials are FSC sourced.
We are able to supply a footstool with this chair to compliment to overall comfort experience.
