To measure your wrist...
1. Take a 30cm ruler.
2. Cut a strip of blank paper and measure and mark gaps between 15 - 22cms.
3. Cut this out and wrap it around your wrist, to find your size!
4. Add 1cm to this when ordering, to ensure a good fit.
