Returns are accepted in line with Folksy’s standard returns policy. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return an item. The item must be returned unused, undamaged and in its original packaging where possible. Buyers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos of the packaging and item so we can help resolve the issue. Personalised, bespoke, or custom-made pieces created to a customer’s own specification cannot be returned unless faulty.
