A finished item, ready to ship, perfect to gift.
This unique tunisian crochet blanket features shades of purples and pinks. I have used two DK yarns in this blanket. The soft variegations of the James C Brett Aurora DK yarn in 'Winter Berries' are complemented by the Stylecraft Life DK shade of 'Heather'. This makes a cosy lap throw for snuggling under as the temperatures fall. The blanket measures approximately 41 square. I have worked the blanket in the round, using mainly Tunisian simple stitch, with some Reverse stitch ridges for texture, and the blanket has a Honeycomb stitch border.
This blanket is made using two balls of James C Brett Aurora DK (80% acrylic, 20% wool) and two balls of Stylecraft Life DK (75% acrylic, 25% wool). Although these yarns are machine washable at 30 degrees, I always recommend to hand wash, dry flat.
I photograph my items outside in natural light, but colours on screens will vary from device to device so if you are unsure and would like additional information please get in contact.
