I decided on a pastel color scheme against the background of this lovely pink dragonfly print and I think it makes the flowers pop wonderfully. I used a 7-inch hoop and cotton fabric and threads for the design and then I backed it with white felt. The center of each of the roses has a tiny pearlescent bead embedded in them to add a touch of shimmer.
