Items are sent in a large letter box and are then put inside a postal bag. If you don't want the postal bag, just let me know. The postage label will then be stuck to the box instead

Pocket hugs are all UKCA safety tested. Which means they have been through rigorous testing to make sure they are safe.
Recommend age for the hugs are 36 months plus
Surface wash the hugs only, to make sure they stay in great condition
