Full description
These large macramé plant hangers measure around 1 metre in length and are designed to hold medium to large plant pots (up to approx. 20cm in diameter). They're knotted by hand using around 44 metres of recycled cotton cord, with each hanger featuring two complementary or contrasting colours.
This listing features a colourway of pinky-lilac and sky blue, finished with a strong metal hanging ring and wooden beads for added texture. A simple way to add height, softness, and greenery to any room, especially if, like me, you've already covered every flat surface in houseplants.
To safely enjoy your macramé plant hanger, please make sure it's hung from a secure fixture that can comfortably support the weight of your pot and plant.
Care: Gently dust or shake out your hanger from time to time. If needed, spot-clean with cool water and allow to air dry. Prolonged outdoor use may cause fading, so a sheltered spot is best.
Packaging: Your hanger will be wrapped in recycled and recyclable packaging, keeping waste to a minimum while ensuring it arrives safely.
Because each hanger is handmade, there may be gentle variations in length and appearance, part of the charm of a piece made slowly, by hand.
If you'd like your hanger made in a single colour, feel free to message me and we can explore options together.
Hi there, I'm Hazel, founder and artist here at Threadfare. I make each piece slowly, by hand, in my cosy Somerset studio, using reclaimed and recycled materials wherever I can. My work blends sustainable craft with a love of textiles, colour, and resourcefulness. If you'd like to see more of what I create, you're welcome to favourite my shop and follow along as new pieces appear.
