Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

As each item is custom made or produced to order, I’m unable to accept returns or cancellations once work has begun on your order. However, your order will always be carefully packaged and sent with care. If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos, and I will happily arrange a replacement. Your satisfaction is important to me, so please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any concerns.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

My aim is to capture not just the building itself, but the feeling and story behind it.
