I regularly cycle in the Yorkshire countryside and very occasionally will spot a hare. Usually just its tail or ears bobbing away as it darts across a field.

Full description
Applique art coastal scene textile picture hand stitched. Colourful beach huts by the beach under a blue sky. A beach umbrella is surrounded by a beach ball, bucket and spade. An ice cream sign is stood outside one of the beach huts. Sea pink is flowering amongst the sand dunes. A star fish lays next to the sea with sequins and buttons representing shells.
Most of the items used in the making of the colourful coastal art are recycled or left over from projects.
There is lots of texture in the picture. Some of the smaller items are padded and there is lots of from ruched fabric and lace.
The top layer of fabric has been laid onto vintage blanket and then backed with a piece of reclaimed lambs wool fabric. This gives weight and thickness.
The art work has been displayed in the photos using a trouser hanger. The hanger is not included in the sale. It can be hung or it could be framed.
The finished picture measures 24 x 30 cms.
