Every year I visit dozens of Pictish stones, both in museums and outdoors and these have inspired my collection of sculptures presented on here.
This 'standing stone' is of Oak and it is set with a ceramic plaque featuring four authentic representations that feature on stones from the Picts' Pagan period.
The base is of reclaimed Elm but it resembles slate, as was my intention.
The overall height is ten and a half inches and the base is nine inches by three.
It comes apart for posting.
Buy all six and celebrate the Summer Solstice by dancing around it on the kitchen table.
