The Shank Has A Celtic triquetra or Trinity Knot Design. The Celtic Trinity Knot Commonly Known As The Triquetra Which Is Latin For A Three-Cornered Shape. The Symbol Is Formed From A Single Strand That Loops To Form A Triangle Shape Consisting Of 3 Vesicae Piscis (A Shape Formed By The Intersection Of Two Circles). The Celtic Christian Church Used It To Represent The Holy Trinity. The Legendary Book Of Kells, Believed To Be From The Early 9th Century, Also Bears The Trinity Knot Symbol.
