This wreath was inspired by the untamed beauty of a British cottage garden in late spring. I wanted to create something that felt natural and rustic, which is why I chose a traditional grapevine base.
I spent a quiet afternoon carefully layering different textures of greenery—from deep forest greens to delicate frosted leaves—to give the piece a wild, organic feel. The rich purple flowers were chosen to add a pop of sophisticated colour, and I added the soft pink lace ribbon as a final touch to bring a bit of vintage romance to the design.
Every element, including the wooden Welcome sign, was placed by hand in my home studio. My goal was to create a piece that feels like a warm, handcrafted hug for your front door.
